Initial Consult
This consultation is typically where most postpartum families start. This service covers everything from nipple pain, achieving a deep latch, clogged ducts, milk output, pumping, oral restrictions, an assistance with increasing milk production. This consultation is typically a 1 hour, however for more advanced cases the consult may need additional close follow up.

Follow Up Consult
Following an initial consultation a follow up appointment may be needed. This service is provided as a continuous option for families on a as needed basis or families feel the need.

Prenatal:
Prenatal consultation is typically 1 hour in length and goes over everything you need to know about lactation before your little one arrives. We will go over what to expect, hand expression, what to do in the hospital, and so much more. Commonly this course is taken between 28-38 weeks. Group classes at a discount rate offered monthly.

Back to Work:
Heading back to work as a breastfeeding and pumping parent can be very stressful. With this service we will design a perfect plan for heading back to work, and set up the perfect pumping plan and schedule to help you feel at ease when it comes to working and lactation. This consultation typically is a 1 hour consult which flange fitting is included as well as follow up appointment once you are back at work to determine any adjustments needed.

Flange Fitting:
Flange fitting is extremely important when it comes to pumping for maximum output. Each breast is different and many times so is each individual nipple. During this service you will be fit for your flanges either through a in person consultation or virtually.
